Dear Customer,

I want to assure youour company is taking necessary precautions to protect the health and safety of our customers and employees.  Currently, our office is open normal business hours Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

As a company, we have implemented the following guidelines for our employees:

  1. If any Huemann Water employee is showing COVID-19 symptoms or are sick, we are asking them to stay home and contact a doctor.
  2. Washing hands on a frequent basis throughout the day, even asking customers to use their bathroom for hand washing.
  3. Use of hand sanitizer before and after each call
  4. Avoid coming within 6 feet of customers or others, particularly no contact or shaking hands
  5. Use of protective masks.

Here are updates for the services we are providing to our customers:

Office Pickup

Our office is open for walk-in customers to purchase salt, filters, or other chemicals.

Home Salt Delivery

We are entering homes for our fill n stack delivery as well as offering our drop-off service.  With all deliveries, payment is required at time of delivery with cash, check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover).  To schedule a delivery, click here.

Service & Sales Department

Our service and sales personnel are entering homes.

We are asking customers if anyone has been sick within the home in the last 2-3 weeks or traveled recently.  We ask our customers to be honest with their responses for the safety of our employees.  Some customers do not feel safe with our company in their home.  We understand.  For customers wishing to discuss new water treatment equipment, our sales staff is available in-person or through email, phone, or video conferencing.
