Please fill out our delivery form below, and our salt department will contact you within 24 hours to set up a delivery. If you place an order on a weekend or holiday, our staff will contact you the next business day.

All deliveries incur a flat delivery charge starting at $6.00.
We deliver within a 20-mile radius of our office in Johnsburg, Illinois.

1. Delivery Information
– We deliver 40 lb bags of water softener salt. Our minimum delivery is 4 – 40 lb. bags.
– Our deliveries occur Monday – Friday. Delivery times vary every day depending on the scheduled deliveries for that particular day.
– On the morning of your scheduled delivery, our drivers will call the number provided between 8:00 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. to schedule a 2-hour delivery window. We ask if you miss their phone call, we require you to call or text back the same number that someone will be home to accept our delivery. If we do not hear back from the customer, we reserve the right to skip the delivery.
– Payment is required at the time of delivery. We accept cash, check, or credit cards (VISA/MasterCard/Discover) for payment at delivery time.
– Drop-Off Deliveries – A check can be left for our driver, or a credit card must be placed on file before the delivery. If this is your 1st time placing an online order, please get in touch with our office at 815-385-3093 to put a credit card on your account. This card can be used for future orders.
