We are proud of the staff we’ve assembled to service your water.  Many of our employees have been employed for over 10+ years- their dedication to our company and customers has driven our business since 1964.  Our focus is our employees and their family’s well-being while creating a family culture that fosters collaboration and positivity.  Every Wednesday, we meet with our staff to share something positive in their lives.  We call it Positive Wednesday.  It’s been a tradition since 2008.

Our employee’s training and certifications follow the Water Quality Association (WQA) guidelines to become certified installers or water specialists.  Employees attend an in-house eight-week class to prepare for their designated certification.  In addition, we require employees to maintain their certifications by attending WQA seminars, classes, and in-house group discussions.

We also employ plumbers certified in the states of Illinois and Wisconsin.  Our plumbing license is #058-13302.
